My first heirloom tomato!
I was pretty late in planting and I am kinda shocked to even have fruit.
I am in zone 4b and I am feeling very impatient about this harvest!
…but it feels I should wait to do so?…then again, it’s so far ahead of the other ones maybe I should call it good?
Finally, the brown along the bottom is normal/ catfacing, yes?

Give it a few more days & when it starts to blush (pink/red) you can pick it and ripen on your counter! That way nothing damages it or eats it before you. & yes, the bottom is super common for heirloom varieties especially.
That might have enough yellow to ripen off the vine. If nights are below 50 they get grumpy. If there is browning on the vines pick it immediately.
