Ive never eaten bitter gourds. They look interesting. Like little green mouse.

I have a couple of different varieties in my seed bank, one is longer and lighter green, the variety name escapes me but I recall I bought it from Kitazawa Seeds/True Leaf Market; the other is short and white (Jyunpaku Okinawan Pure White).
