Looks like kale.
Your guess is spot on, but there’s so many varieties its hard to tell until it gets bigger and starts to do a thing. I grow a lot of collard trees and they look just like this at a young age. Maybe take bets from friends and family and let it be a fun surprise.
Hard to tell when they are young.
I lean cauliflower. Broccoli sometimes has a bluish hue on the green.
Let me know if I got it right when it blooms.
Either broccoli or cauliflower. Only time will tell.
