I wanted to share a quick appreciation post for the final major push of the harvest. On the counter today, we’ve got a massive pile of cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, okra, squash, and some beautiful eggplants!

There is truly nothing better than walking into the kitchen knowing dinner is coming straight from the backyard. It’s a lot of work keeping everything going through the peak heat, not to mention the itching and scars, but seeing a colorful spread like this makes every minute of watering and weeding completely worth it.
