Solution that may be annoying for neighbors, get an outdoor cat and let it free roam. My neighbor has a couple of them and, while it’s annoying having their poop in the yard sometimes, I haven’t had to put up a fence around my garden this year. Didn’t get it done in time before I had a surgery and couldn’t do it for a while after but so far only lost 3 tomatoes to birds, everything else has been fine. I want to complain but I just can’t cuz they’re obviously doing good work. XD
