Per the title and the photo. I have not grown tomatoes from seeds before. They are under a spider farmer sf1000 currently at about 25cm distance and 60% power. They seem leggy to me. They have a gentle fan on them also.

They look okay, if you’re worried can you lower the light at all?
My tomatoes were under Glow80’s and didn’t get leggy. It’s not too bad if they get a little leggy, you can bury their stems so they make more roots worst case.

(Googles “Australian summer months”). They look fine. As mentioned in another reply, burying tomato stems is fine. Burying is sometimes done intentionally to strengthen the plant. Tomatoes can grow roots from their stems.
