I honestly thought I was finished with tomatoes. I just took a walk to the garden to get some potatoes for dinner. Guess I’m canning more tomatoes tomorrow!!!

   I like to blend it with an onion, garlic salt, garlic powder, and a hot pepper of my choice to make a nice salsa. I like to have fresh salsa on hand to cook with and eat. My husband is from India and would prefer to eat Indian cooking every day so instead of the recipes that call for chopped onion, tomato and chili. I just put the salsa in with the meat and other spices.. I’m making biryani tonight.
