DALLAS — The Back Mountain Bloomers Garden Club will host its 2025 Tour of Back Mountain Gardens on Saturday, June 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. The 11th biennial event will include tours of six private gardens and nature, gardening, container and educational presentations. All Garden Tour stops are located within a 5-mile radius of the borough of Dallas in the area known as the Back Mountain of Luzerne County.

The popular biennial garden tour began in 2003 and is celebrating its 11th anniversary. There was no tour held in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2025 properties offer interesting styles, including two expansive perennial gardens; a terraced garden with multiple sitting areas and statuaries; a serene garden with gorgeous rock walls that showcase a Victorian home; a private garden with stately trees and understated planting that leads to a natural setting; and a garden where creativity reigns thanks to the use of fun and well-placed accessories.
Tickets for the Tour of Back Mountain Gardens are $20 per person if purchased on or before June 21, and $25 beginning June 22. Tour information, including a downloadable brochure with a ticket registration form, will be available online at www.backmountainbloomers.org after April 1.
