A Disney Store is coming back to Paramus, and this one has some New Jersey-themed surprises. Disney Store Limited Time opens at Westfield Garden State Plaza on September 3 with 2,300 square feet of Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars merch, including items you can only get at the Paramus location.
This will level up the typical Disney Store you may remember, which only has one location left in New Jersey: an outlet store at The Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth. The space has 2,300 square feet of clothes, accessories, plush dolls, toys, collectibles and pins in different sections dedicated to franchises like the Disney Princesses, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars. The store is designed to show a series of story moments, immersive in-store designs and special merch inspired by Disney Parks, stories, franchises and characters.

What’s unique to this location is an exclusive T-shirt and tote that feature New Jersey-inspired artwork. If you want more options, there’s only one other Limited Time store that’s at the Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; an online shop isn’t currently available.

The grand opening party starts at 4 pm on Thursday, September 3. There will be an opening ceremony and what they’re calling “surprise-and-delight moments” for guests.
“Disney Store Limited Time gives us the opportunity to bring the Disney Store experience into new communities, deepen our connections with fans and learn from how they engage with the brand. Retail is always evolving, and with the opening of this store in New Jersey, we’re creating another flexible experience, meeting fans where they are,” says Patrick Sager, vice president of Disney Store.
Disney Store Limited Time is in the former PINK location on Level 1, in between A Sneaker City and Clarks. Westfield Garden State Plaza is located at 1 Garden State Plaza in Paramus. The store will be open from September 3 through the holiday season. Hours are 10 am to 9 pm Monday to Thursday, 10 am to 9:30 pm Friday and Saturday, and closed on Sundays.
