Man finding fittings for ibc totes is always more of a scavenger hunt than it should be. The threads on those caps aren’t standard npt so you can’t just grab something off the shelf at the hardware store
I had the exact same headache setting up a rainwater system last year. Ended up drilling the cap and using a bulkhead fitting with a rubber gasket, sealed it with some food grade silicone. Held pressure fine for a gravity feed setup
If you want a legit cam lock connection you’re probably looking at an adapter from the weird buttress thread to npt. Some farm supply places stock them or you can find them online from tank supply shops. Just gotta measure the diameter and thread pitch carefully cause there are different sizes for the 275 vs 330 gallon totes
