Hard to tell with the over grown grass, how big are your containers? Specifically the heights?
Depends on how close to harvest you are. You’re supposed to wait for the plants to die back, which they seem to be doing. So if they’ve been in the ground for around the estimated time to harvest you’re expecting, there’s nothing wrong.
