Sam’s Club is currently selling the Backyard Discovery 7-by-5-Foot Cedar Wood Dog Kennel with Feeding Door for $1,999. It is built as a spacious outdoor retreat, giving dogs room to roam and relax while helping keep them protected from the elements and outdoor critters.

The kennel is constructed from 100 percent cedar wood and topped with a 29-gauge galvanized steel roof. Cedar is naturally resistant to decay, while the roof provides full overhead coverage, shade, and protection from the weather. Backyard Discovery says the structure has been Pro-Tect tested to withstand up to 2,600 pounds of snow load, up to 30 inches and winds up to 100 mph when properly anchored.

One of the most useful features is the easily accessible feeding door, which allows you to refill the food and water bowls from outside the enclosure. Inside, there is a built-in tray sized for two 9-inch bowls, helping keep your dog’s meal area organized.
