When we started our garden, there were tiny plants, empty spaces and a LOT of mulch. We kept planting, moving things around, learning from our mistakes — and most importantly, giving everything time to grow.

If your garden still feels small, sparse or unfinished, don’t compare it to someone else’s mature garden.
