Give us some more info. How much light does your plant get? Which direction does the window face? What’s your watering routine like? Could be a nutrient/water issue more than a light issue

It’s probably the variegated parts. White has no chlorophyll so it can’t photosynthesize. So it’s normal to have some brown.
