I had my partner water this Oncidium and when I came back from vacation I found it like this. It has yellow leaves like in the photos and one has fallen off. The other yellow ones also seem to be falling off.
What could it be, what should I do? Thanks for the help.

I am no expert, but i had a similar problem on 2of my orchids and found It to be due to overwatering, or at least on one cymbidum was due to letting It being dry for too long and then watering.
Could It be a change on that?

Too much water. Pull it up and make sure to dry it out maybe wrap a towel around it.
It looks buried too deeply in the medium, the pseudobulbs should be out entirely. Might be rotting from that?
