Rooted some slips (about 3 inches each) and planted in a big 10 gallon cloth container and it’s growing like a weed. It’s hot as hell here in San Diego which helps. I’ll stop getting as much sunlight on my patio in a few months…
A) is 5 months realistic? Planted them 2 weeks ago.
B) I hear the greens are good to eat, how do I cut them to keep the taters growing?
C) is this a fools errand?
