Bought her yesterday, her aerial roots are so long but her soil is moist. Does that mean she is root bound?

I asked the shop keeper to change her pot before buying it so it went up a size from the original pot. What should I do with the aerial roots? Is there still something wrong that I have to fix soon ?

Also, the orange spots on the leaves, is that sunburn?
