How do you get my goldfish plant to trail?


I started my goldfish plant from a cutting and this year when I gave her a grow light she exploded with growth so much that I’ve potted twice since may. I wanted her as a trailing plant and have her hanging but she is only growing like a bush. If I cut the top down low and double branches do you think the weight will help flatten the top so she grows down?

    i wouldn’t cut the top if trailing is the goal, pruning will prob just make her branch out even more. i’d let the longer stems keep growing and gently guide them over the edge, gravity should eventually do the rest
