So recently I just got a Thai constellation off Facebook market place and I wanted to try and fix it up to look nicer, what should I do to do so?

Just from what I can see from the soil, it looks like it might be a more dense mix – perhaps repot into a chunky soil mix (I always use a combination of potting soil + orchid bark + perlite).

The leaves are droopy so maybe it needs a good thorough soak.

If it were me, I would probably trim off the newest leaf since it’s not a full, healthy leaf. Trimming it off would help revert the energy back into the plant to put off a new healthy leaf. I would keep the other leaves tho so it has something to photosynthesize with.

After doing all that, leave it alone with plenty of light, watering only when the soil is 90% dry, and then you just might see better and healthier new growth!

I’ve seen that cutting it off at the stem, right above where a new growth sheath would be is a good place to cut. It’s hard to describe what’s easiest to see visually. But don’t stress too much, cutting it off halfway down the stem should be sufficient.
