I posted this yesterday and got 1 comment saying it was roots from adjacent hedges drinking up the water. So should I just keep watering it? Or is it too far gone?
Or maybe its not a water issue?

Sometimes some plants just dont take ,
Are they relatively new ?
I would just take it out and replant a new one at the right time of year .
I planted a long row of beech hedge last year and a couple are dead now , it will be just a case of going back in november and replanting those ones .
