Woke up this morning and a new leaf that was growing last week suddenly shot up in size (for reference, the last image was the new leaf only a week back). The leaf if now massive. Anything to be worried about as kerrii are usually slow growers?
Also what’s the pointy node that’s now sticking out of the plant ? Is that the vine?

That node is either, as you say, a new vine that will continue growing and then push out new leaves along its length, or it’s a failed start of one. I’ve had some that start this new vine but if the conditions aren’t right (like, if I forgot to water it for a while), the end atrophies.
