After a brief dip, the UK temperatures are finally starting to rise again, which means we’ll be back to spending plenty of time outdoors in our gardens every evening and weekend. A comfy bit of outdoor furniture is essential to making the most of the sunshine, but with just over a month left of summer, now is the time to snap some up while you can still make the most of it.
Of course, comfortable garden chairs don’t need to cost the Earth, which is why Amazon shoppers have been snapping up the Requisite Needs Zero Gravity Reclining Chair which is priced at just £35.99 each. With their clever folding design, the chairs are ideal for getting in some last minute sunbathing, whilst still being easy to store once autumn rolls around.

The Zero Gravity Reclining Chair can be adjusted to multiple different reclining positions with angles ranging from 0º up to 170º. It locks into place at each angle so you don’t need to worry about tipping or overbalancing, with the zero-gravity design making it easier to get into each position.

As well as their adjustable position, the chairs come with a removable padded headrest too which lets you tailor it to your comfort. They also feature a side tray with a built-in cup holder and even a slot to put your phone in to keep it secure. It’s also made with a lightweight mesh which makes it comfortable as well as quick-drying if it gets caught in a downpour.
One of the best parts of the Zero Gravity Reclining Chair is how easy it is to store and move around. It folds up into a compact size so you can easily keep them in the garage or shed, or put them in your car or campervan for camping, trips to the beach or even festivals.

The chair does have an ergonomic design with a curved shape which supports your lower back and posture, meaning it won’t lie completely flat. If you do want a recliner that flattens out for sunbathing on your front, this Pair of 2-in-1 Garden Reclining Sun Lounger Chairs from Gardening Express are ideal. The pair is now slashed to £39.99, down from £79.99, making it more affordable than the Amazon one, and although they only move between two positions, one of those positions is a completely flat bed.
If you don’t need your lounger to be portable or foldable, this Keter Daytona Rattan Effect Sun Lounger is a stylish option. Priced at £150 at Argos, the code GREEN30 will save you 30% and bring it down to £105, and it has an elegant rattan-look frame with padded cushions and an adjustable back rest.
However Amazon’s Zero Gravity Reclining Chair have been a hit with shoppers. One said: “Wonderful chair! Nice little tray to hold your phone and drink. Sturdy. Comfortable. Really good value for money. No assembly required. Buy the chair. Do it!”

Another agreed: “Great chairs. No assembly required very comfortable. Perfect garden chair. Also an excellent price.”
With a third adding: “Very comfortable, even my 6 month puppy loves it. Reclining locking pins a little stiff but manageable.”
However the locking mechanisms and the reclining system of the Zero Gravity Reclining Chair have been a little tricky for some users. One said: “I really like how it looks, no assembly required. Comfortable and a reasonable price. Glad I brought it. One question though, how do you get it to recline when you are sitting on it?”
With another agreeing: “Not easy to adjust,” and someone else writing: “Well made but nearly impossible to recline while sitting on it.”
