Community members celebrated the grand opening of Butler Gardens, Greenville’s newest event venue, during an open house on July 24. The evening showcased the property’s event spaces and future potential.
Guests toured the grounds, enjoyed refreshments and live music and heard from owner Emanuel Mahand, who said the venue represents both a personal dream and an investment in his hometown.
“I wanted to do something special in my hometown… I wanted to leave a legacy,” Mahand said. “I wanted something that would let the community come together… and celebrate life together.”
Located at 8852 Mobile Road, Butler Gardens is designed to host weddings, receptions, family reunions, corporate events, concerts and other gatherings. During the celebration, attendees explored the venue’s indoor event space and landscaped grounds while Greenville native Kevin Sport served as host for the evening.
