The plant on the right has been making crazy stalks with even a leaf on it. Im wondering if its ok ? I feed it bottle water and for the gnats of the office which I haven't seen anymore.

All of those plants need more light. They’re reaching for the sun.
Aim For the Moon
More light. Way more light. No bottled water. Distilled/RO water only.
