Got my first house late in the growing season, cant wait for next year
I can use lots of green onions at a time.
Maybe a bushel full, washed in a Dutch oven with chicken thighs, soy sauce, mirin, star anise and some honey.
Braise the Chicken pieces first with some oil. Do green onions like spinach, pile it in. Hawaiians do this with Taro leaves and pork pieces. Eating like a pro.

I've let my lettuce bolt this year for the seeds, they're currently standing 2ft tall and about to flower!

Great video! I learned so much. Thank you! When you have time, could you please do a video on what did well and what didn't do well during the heatwaves you have been having? Especially the perennials. Did they truly not need to be watered as much? Did some perennials not survive it? (How is the Good King Henry doing as one example?) Did some mulches do better? Etc. We all should be preparing for possible heat waves and droughts in the future and can learn from your experiences. Thank you!
The audio quality is really bad. I usually watch your videos with my earbuds in but it hurt my ears this time and I had to stop watching.
My garden is very similar, 8 beds rather than 6. Regarding the trellis question, I only have a trellis on the two beds on the north side of the garden. Given the compact space, the growth on the trellis would shade out neighboring beds otherwise.

On your Google Sheet it would be good to swap Harvest 1, 2, 3 etc for the actual dates to give an idea of harvest levels over time.
