What’s wrong with my Jalapenos? pt. 2

I appreciate everyone that took the time to respond to my previous post.

Most of the comments suspected some sort of critter may be the issue. So, I decided to take a closer look and it seems that those comments were right.

Anyone knows what species this is? I was also able to find some translucent spheres in the leaves. Possibly eggs? There was a black sphere too, perhaps it's almost ready to hatch. Curious if anyone has more details.

What would be a good remedy to get rid of these intruders?
