To chop or not to chop?

Hi friends, after months of no growth, my girl has begun to produce new leaves (but only on the taller branch). However, my concern is that, while the top may start to look full and bushy, the base will always be thin and leggy (and possibly not supporting the plant well).

Is it a good time to chop, or do I leave her be? If your vote is for chop, where do you suggest I cut?
