Harvest Day in the Kitchen Garden & Edible Forest

Today I’m taking you along for a peaceful summer harvest in my kitchen garden and edible forest.

In this vlog we’ll harvest zucchini, cherries, strawberries and raspberries from a fruit cage, visit both greenhouses to see what’s growing—including tomatoes, citrus and caigua—and take a look at the sea buckthorn that will be ready to harvest later in the fall.

Finally, we walk into the quieter part of the garden, where the edible forest, apple trees and native blueberries and lingonberries create a calm woodland atmosphere. This is my favourite place to slow down, reflect and appreciate the abundance of nature.
