It was pink, hot pink almost. Now it's fading and the new leaves are pale in pink. This random alocasia started growing in there and since then the colors are off. I must have put a corm in there at some point and forgot. I bumped the watering up because of the alo. Otherwise, nothing has changed for the past two years. Is it possible the alocasia is ruining the pink galaxy color by the amount of water it needs?

It’s not recommended to put different plants together specifically because they have different watering needs, so it’s probably a good idea to take that alocasia out so you can focus on what the philodendron needs!
May I ask what kind of lighting it’s getting? I believe more bright light = more pink for these guys.
The alocasia is not changing the coloration (variegation) of your pink philodendron. Variegated plants will sometimes revert to regular coloring in low light situations (I think, someone help me out here). Variegated plants need more light as only the green sections produce chlorophyll.
The alocasia is fine in there, people plant different stuff together all the time. I agree with the others saying it may need more light which would also help the leaves size up again as they all look smaller than the older leaves.
Seems like a lot of us vote for more light. I wonder now if these grow lights get old and don’t put out the same wavelengths over time? Seems like that would be weird but idk
