The plant nursery is opening its doors to the public this weekend

Anyone looking to brighten up their gardens this summer can pick up bargain plants this weekend, as a plant nursery opens its nursery to the public for the first time. Lancashire-based HD Plants Limited is hosting a one-off Open Weekend at its 15-acre nursery in Euxton, Chorley, around an hour’s drive from Liverpool.
The online retailer will open its doors to in-person shoppers with a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants and discounts of up to 75% off usual retail prices. There will be thousands of plants available from fruit bushes to roses.
Some plants will be available for £2.50.
The event is free to attend, with free parking available on site.
As well as offering plenty for shoppers to update their gardens, patios and outdoor spaces, the nursery team will be on hand throughout the weekend to offer advice and answer questions.

HD Plants has been supplying plants across the UK for more than a decade through its Hedges Direct brand, selling more than 12 million plants from its Lancashire nursery.
Its sister brand, Simply Plants, was launched to make gardening more accessible by offering a beginner-friendly shopping experience and easy-to-follow advice.
Visitors will also receive a £10 voucher to spend on a future online order with either Hedges Direct or Simply Plants.

The Hedges Direct x Simply Plants Open Weekend takes place at Five Acres, Dawbers Lane, Euxton, Chorley, PR7 6EE, on Friday, July 25 and Saturday, July 26.
It will be open from 9am to 3pm.
