Multiple Cat Attacks – irregular rain – Condition? Struggling 😭

This plant has been through the ring a couple times, but I'm determined to keep her alive 😭

Any advice recommended, I noticed the soil pH was a little high. Which I'm assuming (besides the random attacks) is contributing to the leaves being off-colored.

Note: the plastic bag is to deter the cats.
