Nice variegation! I’ve found most Philo’s pretty simple to care for. I repot mine in a chunky mix and try not to overwater.
That’s a Marble (or Galaxy)…actual PPs have large, distinct blocks or green/pink/white, half-moons, or solid splashes of pink….Marbles have speckled marbling, with pink/black mixed with green across the leaf, like a thai constellation.
