Founded during the COVID-19 lockdown by husband-and-wife team Sophia and Jesse, Sourdough Sophia has grown from a home-based micro bakery into one of London’s most sought-after artisan bakeries. Its newest location at 16 Neal’s Yard, Covent Garden (WC2H 9DP) marks the brand’s seventh bakery across the capital.
