Its newest leaf is so green…
It sits in a south facing window and gets full sun all day. I’m thinking it gets too much sun so it’s reverting to a beauty-ish?
The intermodal space is tiny. It pushes new leaves like rent is due and it needs cash now.

Usually they get darker when exposed to more light—new leaves start out light but eventually become dark—so I wouldn’t worry, your specimen looks great!

I’ve had mine for 2 years. About a year ago, newer leaves on mine started unfurling greener and greener, almost as dark green as my Florida Green. This was shortly after I moved to this house, where I have much more plant-friendly natural light than in my previous apartment.
I ended up chopping it in three parts, the top continued with green as usual, while the two others started throwing white leaves again. It has always been on a moss pole, so I just chopped and left in place. I was really happy.
Little did I know they would very soon start growing green-only leaves again, I basically had 2 white leaves and then none. I also have them in front of a nice window where they get lots of light, the same window where my Florida Green sized up to 5 feet and bloomed, and where other philos also thrive. Mine opens a new leaf every 3 weeks or so, leaves are still sizing up and internodal spacing is short, so the plant itself is happy.
I’ve seen people insist that they do this is if they get too little light, and that makes sense as this happens to other variegated plants. But if anything, my plant gets too much light.
I’m tempted to experiment by giving it a slightly less bright spot. I also wonder if this could be temperature dependent, like with Paraiso Verde.
