Lay flat in any substrate you want inna humidity dome. It works wonders
The moss is way too wet right now. I would squeeze it with my hand to ring it out and put the moss loosely in a clam shell container. You can use an old clear plastic salad clam shell container or a clear plastic iced drink cup with a lid. Then place it near a window but not directly cooking in sun. Should sprout roots within a week.
I like rooting lacunosas in fluval stratum over perlite in a little double-cup setup. I put them in a prop box with a grow light. Once the roots have developed, I generally transfer to chunky mix. A strawberry pin will help keep the stem lodged in the medium.
