The previous open day, held at the start of June, saw £4500 raised for Nairn Beach Wheelchairs, Nairn Museum and The Liam Finnerty Trust.
The garden will be open from 2pm-5pm on July 25 and 26, with a suggested minimum entry donation of £5 for adults and children aged under 16 are free.
There will be a tour of the garden, tea or coffee and home baking plus a plant stall, a lucky square competition, cards and crafts and a tombola.
The openings have tended to be every other year and have raised funds for Highland Hospice, Marie Curie, Bloodwise (Leukaemia research), Team Hamish, DEC Ukrainian Appeal and the British Heart Foundation.
Visitors are advised to follow the green arrows from Cawdor Church on the B9090 and to bring cash as there are stalls and competitions.
