Для такой емкости, без отверстий для слива излишней воды, нужен хороший дренаж – камни, или что там еще. Мелкие семена да, не заделывают в почву и отрыскивают вместо полива, но это требует постоянного контроля над влажностью почвы. Как минимум, до всходов укрытия пленкой, потом – прореживание, иначе растения сильно вытянутся из-за нехватки света. Здесть посеяна скорее всего лобулярия.
