We harvested so many beans today, and there are still an incredible amount left on the plant! 🫛 Hyacinth beans are amazingly productive, and the vines are absolutely loaded with pods everywhere you look.
We’ll be using the fresh ones now, and saving some of the dried bean pods to use as seeds for the next growing season!
