Is it poison ivy still? I tried reverse image search and it said blackberries but it doesn’t look like black berries and I lived here for 5 years and never seen berries of any kind here. Located in Richmond, VA.

It is blackberry, or some other species of Rubus. The bumps are galls, made by tiny insects.
I thought it looked like Rubus to. Does it flower?
Definitely NOT my humps
