Hey good people, attempted to repot this trident yesterday, it’s the exact middle of winter, and upon trimming some long, leggy bits, noticed a far amount of sap still flowing, so I’ve decided to wait. Usually do these later but have repotting of larger pines planned, thus was trying to get these done early, any feedback would be appreciated.

I’m under the impression that maple bleeding is an overblown problem and not something to worry about
