This unexpected zoo of plants has been clipped and pruned into a unique, whimsical, and utterly out-of-this world landscape, filled with animals and sculptural forms of every shape and size. Melissa’s meeting Ick to find out how his creative hobby has overtaken his life…and his garden.
Dr Harry – National Dog Agility Championships

Johanna – Nicola Olyslagers Jumping for Gold
When Nicola Olyslagers became the first Australian women in history to clear the elusive two-metre barrier in the high jump, she was just getting started. In the past year, the 29-year-old world champion and Olympic silver-medallist has been training hard for the upcoming Glasgow Commonwealth Games and renovating at the same time. She’s just bought a house with her husband, Rhys on the Central Coast and, alongside looking after her dog, Honey, her life is very full. As we count down to the Commonwealth Games, Johanna is meeting up with Nicola to find out what inspires her, both as an athlete and at home.
Colin – Ricotta Gnudi
They’re pillowy, they’re soft and they’re completely gnudi. Pronounced ‘nudie’, Colin’s sharing his take on these light, ricotta-based dumplings which are a little bit like gnocchi but a whole lot more delicious.
