



Hi so this is from a cutting and I’ve had it some time, maybe 9 months now.
It’s in a well lit window and I water it when it is dry and not on a specific rotation.
It’s recently grown another flower on the underside.
The stalk seems very long, is this okay as that is my main concern for this post.
Should I do anything with it going forward.
It’s been a very hot summer in the UK and just wanted to make sure I was looking after it properly.

It looks like it’s reaching for the light. More light!
It’s an aeonium. They’re from west Africa and the Canary Islands where they thrive in full sun. If they get enough sun they go dormant and don’t need water all summer
They grow long stalks with rosettes at the ends. With more sun it should grow branches and offshoots
