Hi everyone , I bought a one leafer philodendron rose silver a month ago. I’ve been taking care of it like how I care for my other philodendrons; fertilizing it once a week and watering when it needs to be watered.
It managed to push out a few new leaves (yay!) but I just noticed it has this spots on my leaves now. From my observation, the leaves I kinda see through so wondering if this is normal or I might have accidentally done something that made it sad 🙁 Appreciate some advice for those who have the same plant hybrid 🙂

This happened to my philodendron cream splash when I was shifting home during winter. It was snowing and they were inside a cardboard box, but still got this way. I noticed transparent patches very similar to your photo on the next day. There could be other reasons too.
In another case, a month ago (it’s summer here right now) I might have overwatered my Philodendron silver sword and in one spot of a leaf it got swollen up like a blister. Apparently it took water faster than the rate it could transpire. The spot looked transparent.
It doesn’t look like a blister in your photo but rather like the cold damage my plant got. Is it winter in your area?
