I just bought a house but want to move some of the plants around. Only issue is the spot i want to put them has a weeping tile vent.
Its a low lying spot so i want to add more earth and turn it into a little garden bed with a border. Can i just add more pipe to the vent to raise it up or does it being there mean i have to leave the spot alone?
