Hello again friends, beginner pepperer (?) here.
Are these good to harvest? My plant is tiny, and everything I've read online says to pick them now so the plant can focus on making new peppers. But they just look so pale in color to me!
I want to eat them fresh on a Greek style salad, no pickling for me, if that makes a difference.

You can pick now or wait until they get yellow. Or pick one and see if you like it or not 😁
