Beautiful nebula acasia. She's very unhappy. Only watered a little bit with distilled water when her soil was all dry. She faces a window. Thoughts?

It kinda looks like blight on the stems. I don’t have this plant so I’m not sure though. There’s copper fungicide sprays you can get for treating it although this looks advanced so the efficacy might be limited? Hopefully someone with more experience can confirm or expand on this
