Bottle and can drive
• Woman’s Life Chapter 855 conducts a continuous bottle and can drive with drop off locations in Richmond and Memphis to help those in the community in need. They also offer a pick up service for larger donations. For more information, call 586-318-4053.
Garden Walk
• Romeo and Juliet Garden Club is hosting a ‘Strolling through Summer, Blue Skies and Butterflies Garden Walk from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 18 and include access to eight private homes in the Romeo area starting at 290 North Main Street, Romeo. Tickets are $30 per person and include a welcome bag and a $10 gift certificate to Ray Wiegand’s Nursery. Widowed friends events
• Dancing every Tuesday at Polish Century Club, 33204 Maple Lane, Sterling Heights. Doors open at 6 p.m.; music from 7-10:30 p.m. Cost is $10 per person with a cash bar. A table will be reserved for widowed friends. Contact Liz at 586-801-4536.
