Trying to get advice on how to control theses weeds. I’ve been spraying vinegar,soap, and salt on them but more just keep on coming. Any advice is appreciated. Also, for the Secound photo, is their something to do to level out the paver bricks? Probably just sand tho.

Please don’t salt the earth… You just gotta pull them, then keep on top of spraying or burning them when they’re small

Killzall. I get the concentrate and mix 6 ounces with 2 gallons water in pump sprayer. Once a year does it.

The long term solution for the first space is to fill the area with plants you *do* want. The plants you don’t want, the weeds, will keep coming for literally ever. You can get into the world of herbicides with residual activity but even that is still a “perform every year, forever,” activity.
For the pavers, that’s an easy Roundup job a few times throughout the growing season. Or use a flame weeder. Either/or.
Propane torch
Spray a couple of times with groundclear and they won’t be back for a year at least

I bought one of those for exactly this problem and after the first time I used it the weeds grew back like three times as big and strong within 3 weeks lol
Fire is good for regeneration. I remember I went to Yellowstone the year after the big fire in 88 I think it was and it was already so green and lush.
