  1. That's too funny as you were moving the iris the first time, I thought they would work better closer to the pathway. So glad you decided to move them. What make me excited is to know that my eye of design kind of lines up with yours. That area is going to be beautiful! Have a great day.

  2. In my opinion, if the question is: Lavender? The answer is always: Yes, please! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ’œ๐ŸŒต๐Ÿ’œ

  3. You have weeds……just like the rest of us! The worst is when they intermingle with loved plants! Thank you for sharing the good, bad and ugly with us and keeping things real! I love watching your beautiful family working and keeping up your lovely garden.

  4. Laura
I noticed when transplanting the Irises you did not add BioTone.
Should you not add that when transplanting this time of year?
As always thank you to you and your family for sharing so much

  5. Douglas is so cute! My Jinx does the same thing when I'm trying to garden. Wouldn't some succulent like hen and chick be pretty around the big rock where you put the dirt? Love your channel and the great advice you give! โค

  6. The echanachia are going to be beautiful there. I love the fact that you plant then say no, I don't like it there and you just move them again. I love that about you. A wrong placement of a few inches or a foot can drive you crazy.

  7. Thank you God ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ, Reaching retirement at 44 and seeing $65k biweekly is an absolute blessing. Yet, the real victory is knowing my family was there through every step of the hustle, their unwavering support means the most…..

  8. I always thought that we couldnโ€™t move iris until fall, but now that I have seen you do it, itโ€™s game on!
I realise I will need to pay attention to watering, but worth it to get them moved when I have time.

  9. The iris…. ๐Ÿ˜‚ so true. If you don't like the balance now, it will make you crazy. I've learned so much from your videos. Standing back and looking across the entire space makes such a difference in choosing planting locations. Recognizing color and texture from one bed to another. Planting intentionally to draw your eye across the whole property. Love it. โฃโฃ And, Douglas…. what a character. God Bless.

  10. Looks like the monsoons will start up in a week or so. Just have to wait for this High front to slide further SE. It's going to be a long, hot week.

  11. Laura. I like how you repurposed the variegated iris to the front of the flower beds. The plants brighten the planting beds even after they have finished their bloom cycle ๐Ÿ’š

  12. Manifesting never worked for me and I felt genuinely crap about it. Took Vera Hart's manifestation quiz purely out of desperation. Matched exactly. Honestly didn't see that coming. Just try it. โค๏ธ

  13. I'm not gonna pretend I had it all figured out, because I didn't. Manifesting felt like failing for years. Trying, trying, nothing. Then I took Vera Hart's archetype quiz and it hit something. My archetype just fit. No magical moment, but it finally gave me direction instead of all that fumbling around. If you struggle with it too try it! its free anyway

  14. Love the Hebe area plantings and transplantings. It will be gorgeous! Thanks for bringing us along on all the work today! โคโคโค

  15. Question:Would you consider creating a honeysuckle arbor pergola in the dirt lands with a glider underneath? Possibly located around the compost area where all the weeds are presently? Another thought would be to create the same thing or of like concept near the basketball court. Maybe adhere climbing roses , or even morning glory.

  16. Would Bonide Stump and Vine Killer painted on the base of the plant (after cutting off most of the vine) kill a Bind Weed plant?

  17. What my mom does with weeds in areas that you can't spray is put on a disposable glove and put the spray on the glove then in a safe place away from plants you want touch the plant you don't want with spray.

  18. Lo ve your place looks nice ๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿชด๐Ÿ€โ˜˜๏ธ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿชป๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒผ๐ŸŒธ

  19. I have heard that white swan coneflowers reverts to purple after a few years. Have you found that to be true?
