i never actually cared for my outdoor plants since they're my mom's, and she took care of it with all her heart. but the other other day, i just found out that her butterfly peas were flowering A LOT 3 weeks ago and today they're already dried up. i picked them up and when i was looking through for another dried flowers, i found these. i figured it was lice(?) or some type of pest, i don't do great with plants so i never encountered these.
i noticed all the flowers never get big compared to photos i've seen online. might be a dumb question but are they also the factor? is this severe? my mom's plants get a lot of sun since i live in indonesia (always hot). the white wall is my front gate, all plants are right outside of it. my mom water them every morning!
if you have any other warnings or tips please let me know bc my mom haven't been able to take care of them as much since she started working.

I would like to think I see the following…
Ants. Lol
Mealy bugs? Fuzzy white bugs. Look them up
and then maybe some webbing from spider mites.
It’s hard to tell based on the pictures but if you look at pictures you might be able to tell if I’m right or maybe wrong.
Either way, I’d take a hose to it. Maybe some pesticide of some sort based on what you believe in. Rain is the predator of these things and some bugs. If I were you, I’d blast it with a hose, and then use a pesticide and do this every other day for about a week or two.
